COLOR SERVICES : 

Please note: If your hair is not in its natural state (virgin hair), meaning it has been previously colored or permed, we kindly request booking a consultation before scheduling a color appointment. Results may vary, and achieving your desired hair color may require multiple sessions, especially if you’ve had previous color within the last 5 years. Our consultation ensures we discuss the likelihood of achieving your hair inspiration. If your hair is free from previous color treatments, feel free to proceed with booking. Thank you for your understanding.

For all first-time clients, please be sure hair is detangled prior to coming in for service especially for ALL Color Services.
To optimize your color experience, kindly refrain from washing your hair 72 hours before appointment time. Additionally make sure hair is dry, detangled and ready for color application. This ensures ample time for our color service delivering best results.

Keep in mind that all CLIP IN EXTENSIONS will be done with KeySlays Hair extensions ONLY. Please refer to the Book Me tab to see all Pricing and lengths for this service.

Click the BOOK ME tab for all appointment availability, New color clients after you have booked your color service I will follow up with a confirmation call to discuss your hair color history and hair color inspiration. This phone call will also ensure that I am the right stylist to bring your inspiration to life. For all new color clients keep in mind to be honest about all chemicals, colors, box dyes and perms applied to hair even if it's been within the last 2-3 years. If you are uncertain of what color service to book, or traveling feel free to book a Virtual CONSULTATION.

No Shows, Cancellations, & Tardiness
We value your time, and would love for our clients to do the same. In the event that you decide not to show up, or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we will follow the conditions below.

No Shows = 100% of service will be charged to card on file
Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time = 50% of service will be charged to the card on file
Tardiness = 10 minute grace period, anything over 10 minutes can result in cancellation, and 50% of service will be charged to card on file.
(In the event a card has insufficient funds, you will not be allowed to book with KeySlays in the future)
No Shows will be completely banned from booking.

No Kids and No Pets at the time of service.
KeySlays Studio unfortunately isn't a kid-friendly studio due to various chemicals & products that may be used and left out during your service. We value you and your children's safety!

Please understand that KeySlays puts her all into every clients appointment, and in the event that you are unhappy with a service please inform KeySlays immediately and we will do everything to make sure you are satisfied with your results, as long as it is realistic... With this being said there is absolutely NO REFUNDS for any service.

Traveling clients: We kindly advise clients traveling from different states not to schedule appointments on the same day as their travel. To ensure smooth scheduling and avoid potential disruptions caused by flight delays and unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
