Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All extension orders are pre orders and custom-prepared to ensure premium quality, texture, and accuracy. Once your order is placed, the hair enters preparation window. Please allow 7-10 business days for your extensions to be processed and delivered to our studio before shipping.
We keep a small selection of essential inventory on hand for salon use, but online orders are fulfilled on a made to order basis to ensure the freshest hair possible.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes (After Hair is Received):
Once your order has arrived at our studio, it will be shipped using the method you selected at check out.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: Varies by location
Note: Shipping timeframes apply only after hair has been received at our studio.
Tracking Information :
Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking allows you to monitor the process of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Once your package is handed over to the postal service, KEYSLAYS HAIR is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. We strongly encourage customers to use provided tracking number to ensure timely delivery,
